After reviewing those bids, Mr. Gregory Kil, Kil Architecture, recommended <br />that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Kemna <br />Restoration & Construction, Inc., in the amount of $103,900.00, which is the Base Bid. <br />Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded <br />and the contract approved as outlined above.
