REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 11, 2012 287 Description Amount Base Bid $333,504.00 Alternate A $75,375.00 Total Base Bid + Alternate $408,879.00 Cost for EIFS patch and re air $19.00 /SF Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above bids were referred to Engineering and Community and Economic Development for review and recommendation. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Patrick Henthorn, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Gibson - Lewis, LLC, in the amount of $302,100.00, which is the Base Bid plus Alternate A. Therefore, Ms. Roos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded and the contract approved as outlined above. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried.
