After reviewing those bids, Mr. Patrick Henthorn, Engineering, recommended <br />that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Gibson - Lewis, <br />LLC, in the amount of $302,100.00, which is the Base Bid plus Alternate A. Therefore, Ms. <br />Roos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded and the <br />contract approved as outlined above.
