We had not provided for an increase <br />in compensation based on those lease agreements, <br />and we wanted to update those leases to <br />provide fair market rentals to the depart- <br />ment. In the process, we are asking Commission <br />permission to execute the new leases which <br />will cause us to receive an additional $1,100 <br />per month from these lots or a total annual <br />in rease in income of $13,339. <br />Mr Nimtz: Have the lessee's tentatively <br />ap roved these leases? <br />Mrs Ellison: They have not. <br />Mr Robinson: Is there a provision in the lease <br />mating the tenant aware of the fact that these <br />lots are under the jurisdiction if this Commission <br />and that prevailing wages for all of the mechanics <br />hired shall be paid in this area when they do any <br />re ovation work to any part of that parking lot? <br />M <br />NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />PRESENTED <br />NO OLD BUSINESS <br />PRESENTED <br />COMMISSION APPROVAL <br />GRANTED FOR EXECUTION <br />OF NEW LEASES WITH <br />SOUTH BEND PARKING <br />CO., INC. <br />
