Robinson: Thank you. <br />Mr. Ellison: We have had conversations with <br />So th Bend Parking for Quite some time with <br />re pect to our desire to have new leases. <br />We are not of the impression that they are <br />going to have problems with this amount of <br />increase. If they do have problems, it is <br />our conclusion and Mr. Butler's that we <br />cannot be in a position of having leases where <br />we are not receiving fair market rentals. <br />Mrs Dave Anderson: What were the previous <br />an.jival figures? <br />Mr. Ellison: The previous annual income <br />wa $53,477.04. The new annual income will <br />be $66,816.00. There is a 60 -day notice <br />re uirement on the month -to -month leases <br />for cancellation purposes except for the <br />le se for the lot due east of the Odd <br />Fe lows Building. That one has a 30 -day <br />c cellation notice. <br />Mr. Robinson made a motion to ratify and <br />ap rove the new leases with South Bend <br />Pa king Co.., Inc. for parcels in Ind. R -66 <br />(#.1-66, 4 -8, 8 -1, and 4 -42), and that the <br />President and Secretary be authorized to <br />ex cute the agreements, seconded by <br />Ms Auburn, and the motion was unanimously <br />carried. <br />b.
