Jay Nimtz. <br />Mr. Nimtz: I appreciate the confidence of the Commission. <br />As I ave told each one of you individually, if anybody <br />else would like to be the President you are welcome to do <br />so. r came on the Commission in 1974 and five minutes <br />later I became President of the Commission. I enjoy it; <br />I spend a great deal of time on it and it is a pleasant <br />task. I believe in South Bend and this is one of the <br />reasons I remain President; but I appreciate your <br />confidence and I shall try to continue doing a good job. <br />4.
