South Ben4 Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Or anizational Meeting - January 2, 1980 <br />Mr. Nimtz Mrs. Gammon, we congratulate you upon your re- election <br />and wish ou another successful term in office. It is a pleasure <br />to work with you. <br />Mrs. GaT*n: Thank you Mr. Nimtz. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />I- <br />The Board recognized Mr. Kevin J. Butler, Commission Legal Counsel, <br />who had consented to serve as Temporary Chairman for the election <br />of officers. Nominations and seconds were requested for each of <br />the following offices: <br />1) <br />. Robinson nominated Mr. F. Jay Nimtz, to serve as President <br />o the South. Bend Redevelopment Commission. Motion was seconded <br />b Mr. Donaldson. <br />Chair asked if there were any other nominations.
