Mr. imtz: The Chair receives from the Director the various notices as listed here and the affidavit cones cern'ng the giving of notice concerning this public hearing, and unless there is some objection, directs that they be entered into the record of the proceed- ing Ltoday for this public hearing. They are so en to ed . Mr. IcMahon: I believe this is the fourth time that the ast Bank Plan has come before some public body for iearing purposes. We had our meeting here for the original filing of the Declaratory Resolution, The Area Plan Commission has had a public hearing on it, as indicated by one of these documents. With respect to their resolution, they have a favorable recommendation. The City Council has also held a hearing JA :this regard We have also had.a number of meetings with the property owners on an indi- vidual basis, as well as a group meeting, and have had questions and answers. In light of the fact that this has been discussed on four separate occasions, I would leave it to the pleasure of the Commission as to the extent to which we present info oration this morning, rather than rehash in its totality everything that has been discussed. It seem a review of some of the pertinent items that are lecessary to be placed on the record would be appr priate and then open up for questions. Mr. Vimtz: I feel it is essential that we show that the rea Plan Commission has approved this plan and prop sal and they are in favor. Secondly, that the City Council has approved and is in favor of this prop sed plan and development. Correct? Mr. Sweeney: That is my understanding. Mr. 4imtz: Is there anything other than the official noti es that we need to specifically point out this morning? Mr. new ahon: We have some information that would be the record that Mrs. Kolata will present. in
