Apparently the cost <br />estimate was in error. <br />Mr. Cira: How can you go by this cost estimate <br />if apparently it was a mistake, but we don't <br />kno for sure. What kind of guidelines can we <br />use for this process: <br />Mrs. Baumgartner: We have been using the 20% <br />guidelines. <br />Mr. Cira: But you are 30% under. <br />Mrs. Baumgartner: These contracts do not go to <br />the Advisory Board to get their approval. <br />Ms. Auburn made a motion for approval of the <br />312 Loan bid contracts subject to legal counsel <br />rev ew, and South Bend Common Council approval <br />as pplicable.
