Recently a police- <br />man bought one of the vacant lots in LaSalle <br />Park and we had to go through this procedure <br />o there would be no criticism that an employee <br />is getting an advantage over anyone else. That <br />Is what we are doing here this morning, dis- <br />closing that Hedy is an employee of the City <br />d requesting that HUD give us a waiver which <br />says they have no objections to our doing this <br />d that we followed the other procedures that <br />are required by them. <br />b.
