These are simply technical <br />matters that are necessary to be done <br />either inhouse or by consultants. <br />. Nimtz: The staff suggested that I <br />1k to the real estate appraisers and <br />Ue them submit their appraisals weekly. <br />Mr. Robinson made a motion to ratify and <br />confirm action of the President and <br />Secretary of the Redevelopment Commission <br />to execute the Agreements for Professional <br />& Technical Services (requested at the <br />June 6, 1980 Commission Meeting) between <br />the City of South Bend, Department of <br />Redevelopment, and the following: <br />Mr. John Pence, Re: Monroe - Sample, <br />W. Richard Nichols, Re: Monroe - Sample, <br />Mr. Ralph Lauver, Re: East Race, <br />W. Ron Gettel, Re: East Race, <br />Mr. Thomas Horka, Re: East Race, and <br />Lang, Feeney & Associates, Inc., Re: <br />Monroe-Sample & East Bank, seconded by <br />Mr. Donaldson, and the motion was <br />animously carried. <br />7.
