Mr. Ellison, continues..... <br />i <br />a. <br />of the parcel to the Diocese of <br />Fort Wayne - South Bend. <br />Mr. Nimtz: Mr. Butler, have you <br />reviewed the bid documents? <br />Mr. Butler: Yes I have and they <br />are all in order. <br />Mr. �tz: Will this be a one <br />sto r two story building? <br />Mr. Ellison: The preliminary plans <br />cal for one story although it is <br />pos ible it could become two. <br />Mrs Kolata: I believe they have <br />determined that it would be a one <br />story structure. <br />Mr. Robinson made a notion that the <br />bid proposal received on Disposition <br />Parcel #8 -9 (Project Ind. R -66) be <br />accepted and that the bid be awarded <br />to the Diocese of Fort Wayne - South <br />Ben I for the Faith & Hope & Charity <br />Cha)el and that the President and <br />Sec etary be authorized to convey <br />thi 3 parcel, seconded by Mr. Donaldson, <br />and I the motion was unanimously carried. <br />for <br />aMend- <br />Mr. Ellison: This resolution asks the <br />Comnission to begin the process to <br />amead the land use plan for the down- <br />t area to correct certain changes <br />whizh should have been implemented <br />previously, and to accommodate certain <br />intanded uses such as for the grassy <br />knoll in front of the Morris Civic <br />Auditorium. <br />-4- <br />
