Illinois <br />Mr. Ellison: This resolution authorizes the <br />sale of two lots under Phase I of our LaSalle <br />Park Disposition Plan. We had previously <br />rej ted Andrea Fites as not being an adjoining <br />prop rty owner. Subsequently we learned he was <br />a laid contract buyer and was, therefore, eligible <br />to buy Parcel #3 -5.
