NEW BU INESS <br />b. co tinued.... <br />Mrs. <br />Baumgartner: We need a recision on <br />a previous <br />approval made by the Commission <br />on <br />June 4th in the amount of $19,150.00. <br />The <br />reason for the reduction is that <br />Mr. <br />Kuzmits does not technically qualify <br />for <br />refinancing because of a number of <br />new <br />requirements by HUD. <br />Mr. <br />Donaldson made a motion to rescind a <br />previous <br />approval by the Commission for <br />a 112 <br />loan to Joseph J. Kuzmits on <br />June <br />4, 1980 in the amount of $19,150.00 <br />an <br />that the new application in the <br />amount <br />of $11,300.00 be approved, <br />seconded <br />by Mr. Robinson, and the motion <br />was <br />unanimously carried. <br />c.
