Hearing on Conde mnat ion Re s olut ion No. 6 adopted on the 29t h .day of July11902 f or the opening of George Avenue to Sample St ree t . A remonstrance against the 'opening of the street was filed by Dora E. and Jacob Spreyer. Demands aggregating about 7000.0 were made .b� property owners whose property would be taken for such opening. The Board are of the opinion that such opening can be carried out without the payment of .so great a _sum,§Lnd deem it best to open said street. Accordingly the Board declare the following property condemned for such opening: _ f Part of Lot 2 in Knoblock's Sub.of Peterman's Add -described as follows: Beginning at the northeest corner of said lot 2,thence northeast alone the north line of the. lot 32 7/10 feet to the east lime of George Avenue ,extended south,thence south with said east line extended 55 1/10 ft,to the south line of the lot,thence southwest along the south line of the lot 21 .2 ft to the southwest co x7te r, the nce northwest with the west line of said lot to the place of be ginning .Owned by Allen G .Miller.
