Assessment rolls and final estimates filed for the Wayne Street and the East Colfax Avenue brick pavement improvements under Improvement Resolutions N©s•45 and 46 respectively. RESOLVED that 'notices as to the amount of assessments be published for six successive days in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times beginning on the 8th.day of July,1902 stating that this Board will give a hearing as tothe amount of assessments on the 15th.da.y of July,1902 at 7:15 P.M. hESOLVED,further that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimates therefor alloyed.
