Dunbar and Bohn A• Swygart, executors of the estate of George W• Swyart, approved and copy filed - Assessment roll and final estimate filed for .the water connections on E• Colfax Avenue • Resolved that notices as to the amount of assessments be published in the South Bent Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times 'for six successive days beginning on the 9th day of May 1902, stating that this Board will give a hearing as to the amount of assessments on the 3rd day of June 1902 at 7:15 P• M• Resolved also that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate therefor allowed- Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times on the 9th day of May 1902, stating that this Board will give a hearing upon such estimate and the acceptance of the work on the 3rd day of June 1902 at 7:15 P• M- VACATION RESOLUTION NO •.,12 • Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it is desirable to vacate the following: Beginning at a point distant east 1350 feet from the north west corner of Section 7 in Township 37 North, Range 3 East, thence South to the North line of Jefferson street, thence South easterly on the middle line of Jeff- erson street to a. point 50 feet at right angles east, thence North parallel with west .:.i line and 50 feet distant therefrom to the North line of said Section 7, thence West 50 feet to the place of beginning• The above description is that of a public street, Sunny- side Avenue, which was once before, under Vacation Resolution No. 7, moved 50 feet East* The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: All that land lying between the East line of said Sunnyside Avenue and the City Limits, also a strip 100 feet wide lying along the west line of and adjacent to said Sunnyside Avenue • Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 8 day of May and on the 15 day of May 1902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune • This Board, at its office in the City s Hall on the 20 day of May 1902 at 10 A• M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings-
