Indiana.: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The <br />grading of Van -Buren street from A street to E street and the construction of cement walks <br />and curbs within said lerminal points- Said improvement shall be known and designated as <br />"Van Buren Street" and shall be constructed according to the plans and"specifications pre- <br />pared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith- Notice of this resolution and proposals <br />for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 26 day,of April and <br />on the 3 day of May 1902, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily <br />Times- This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Ball <br />on the 13 day of May 1902, at 7:15 P. M•` and will receive bids up to 10 A.
