Clerk instructed to give Adolph Wuth cemetery deed for Lot 434 Block 1, Range 3 <br />West, upon his surrender of deed to lot 433 Block 1, Range 3 West - <br />Street Comissioner requested to investigate the graveling of West Division <br />street by the Grand Trunk Western Ry • and report on the condition of same - <br />In regard to change in specifications for paving; Wayne street the Engineer <br />reported that the following property owners had not signed the petition: Emma S- Dean, <br />Male t s A • <br />Roe Nettie <br />C • Chandon&is <br />Emma E • Hackney, <br />Robin E • Dunbar • <br />The Board <br />decided <br />to allow <br />one week for <br />petitions to <br />secure the balance <br />of signatures of <br />property <br />owners - <br />Street <br />Commissioner reported that the following change <br />in <br />electric lights <br />should be made: <br />the first lamp south Of Elmira€:street should be <br />put <br />at Milton Avenue <br />and a light should be placed at the intersection of Micnigan and Donald streets - <br />Engineer requested to investigate Sunnyside Avenue and ascertain whether the <br />relocation of the same 50 feet east would correspond to streets north of Sunnys ide - <br />Permission granted to James Oliver to connect Oliver Motel power house with - <br />his residence by underground ducts for carrying steam pipes - <br />Pre s ident • --- <br />
