April 18. 1942- Assessment rolls and final estimates filed for the following improvements: Eddy street brick pavement, under Improvement Resolution No. 44; the serer connections on East Colfax Avenue between Sycamore and Eddy streets; the water connections on Eddy street between°Washington street and Colfax Avenue; the sewer and water connections on Wayne street between Michigan and Taylor streets-: ah.d• on Laurel street between Division and Washington streets* Resolved that notices as to amount of assessments be published in the South Bend Daily Times and in the South Bend Daily Tribune for six successive days be ;in— ing on the 21st day of April 19.02, stating that this Board will give a hearing as to the amount of assessments on the 29th day of April 1902 at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further that the entire work under the above -contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimates therefor 'allowed- Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tr ibtue and in the -South Bend Daily Times on the 19 day of April 1902 stating that this Board will give a hearing on this ,resolut ion on the 29th day of April 1902 at 7:15 P. IMPROVEINAT-,NT RESOLUTTON NO • 62 - Resolved by the Board bf Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an -improvement be made of the kind, size., location and terminal points as follows: The grading of south Eddy street from the right of way of the Grand Trunk Western Ry• to the east end of the Sample street bridge; also the grading of Mishawaka street from Eddy st,_,c: street to a point 500 feet east of the east line of Eddy street- Said improvement shall be known and designated as"Eddy and Mishawaka Streets"Grading"and shall be constructed according to the plans and. specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed here- with- Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 19 day of April and on the 26 -day of April 1902� in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the 'South Bend Daily Times- This Board will give a hear— ing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of May 1902, at 7:15 P• M• and will receive bids up to 10 A• M• on the 20 day of May 1902• President -
