M January 13,, 1902. IkTROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 46. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The paving of E. Colfax Avenue with brick from the east line of Sycamore street to the west line of Eddy street. The roadway to be established at 34 feet in width throughout. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "E. Colfax-Avenue"Brick" and shall be con structed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City CivilEngineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 14 day of January and on the 21 day of January 1902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 28 day of January 1902 ay 7:15 P. M. and will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 3 day of February 1902. In regard to the hearing on the resolution for the vacation of Sunnyside Avenue, none of the parties interested appeared. This hearing is accordingly postponed until Tuesday, January 14th at 10 A. M. At which time Vacation Resolution No. 7 will be taken up. President.
