R� <br />J anuar_� 27, 1902. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 49_: <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of- the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the _-ind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading <br />graveling and constructingcement curbs on St. Peter street from the north line of South <br />Bend Avenue to the South line of Corby Street. Said improvement shall be known and des- <br />ignated as "ST. PETER GRADING, GRAVEL & CURB" -and shall be ''constructed des - <br />.a t6 the <br />plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of <br />this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be pub- <br />lished on the 28 day of January and on the 4 day of February 1902, in the South Bend <br />Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Tires. This Board will give a hearing on this <br />resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 18 day of February 1902, at 7 :15 P.
