aff <br />Assessment rolls and final estimates filed for the following improvements: <br />North Lafayette street brick pavement, under- Improvement Resolution No. 4; grading the <br />�'uerbringer alley, under Improverx-nt Resolurion No. 42; the east Washington., street sewer, <br />under Improvement Resolution No. 39; the South` Michigan street brick -pavement from Dayton <br />street to Ewing Avenue., <br />under prior proceedings of the <br />Common Council. <br />Resolved that <br />notices as to the amount <br />of assessments be published in <br />the South Bend <br />Daily Tribune <br />and <br />in the South Bend Daily Times for six successive days beginning on the 9th day of Dec— <br />ember 1901y. stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of assessments on <br />the 17th day of December at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further that the entire work under the <br />above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimates allowed. Notice of this <br />resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Times and in the South Bend Daily <br />Tribune on the 9th day of December, stating that this Board will give a hearing on this <br />resolution on the 17th day of December 1901 at 7:15 P. M. <br />Application of John Keesy for janitor of-c•the new City Hall filed. <br />Application of Henry Fortin for janitor of new City Hall filed. <br />Howard Park privilege awarded to A. F. Vanderhoof for 1902 for $110.p0 subject <br />to execution of contract to be agreed upon between the parties. <br />Contract and franchise of Indianan Illinois and Iowa Railroad Co. Si7ned and <br />submitted to Common Council for ratification. <br />President. <br />
