M. <br />Clerk ordered to deliver notices as to amount of assessments and awards. <br />f Engineer instructed to survey Garfield Court and report whether or not any <br />buildings or sidewalks encroach on the same. <br />Street Commissioner instructed to -examine the Milburn ditch on the township <br />line near the east City limits and report upon the condition of same as to free flow of <br />water through city territory. <br />Remonstrance filed against the paving of Laurel street from Colfax Avenue to <br />Washington street. The board is of the opinion that pavement is unnecessary on this part <br />of Laurel street -at present. <br />President. <br />
