In regard to Division street no remonstrators appeared. The assessment roll, filed on <br />November 21st, and the final estimate, allowed on November 21st, are 1-lereby confirmed. In <br />regard to the grading of the alley east of Michigan street. No remonstrators appeared. In regard to the cement curb on Wenger street the following persons remonstr <br />ated against the confirmation of the final estimate; H. C.Kreughbaum, Wm Goeble, Henry Jaquith <br />Frank Kelley, Sam Walters, Nicholas Ott, Chas Hoeson, Ami roes, Beni Eisenhour, John Groove, <br />Wm �alte r, The Board find that this work is still unsatisfactory and the final estimate and <br />assessmnt roll will not be confirmed. Another hearing will be givex on this improvement on <br />December 17th, 1901 at 7:15 P. M. In, regardto north Michigan street, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no remonstraa,ces were filed except. by Elisha Peck. Said Peck remonstrated <br />against the confirmation of the final . estimate, asking a reduction of $1000.00 from his <br />assessment.
