MAY 27_ 1901. Street Commissioner instructed to put in a catch basin at -the intersection of Crescent Avenue and Emerick street. Resolved that the entire work under the contract for paving Taylor street with 'br'ick from ,the south line of Water street to the south liner of Michigan Avenue be accepted and the final estimate therefor allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend'Daily Times on the'28th'day of May,1901 This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office -on the 4th day of June 1901, at 7 :15 P• M IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 20. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That �an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal -points as follows; The ,,.onstruction of an 8 inch pipe sewer on Eddy street from the north line of East Washington street to a point one hundred feet south of the south line of Colfax Avenue. Also paving d.dt street with brick from the north line of East Washington street to the north line of East Colfax Avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "EDDY STREET BRICK" and' shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City -Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the. execution of the above work shall be published on the 28 day of May and on the 4 day of k June 1901, in the South Bend.Daily•Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board. will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 11 day of June.,1901, at 7:15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 12 day of June 1901. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The con- struction of cement curbing and the grading of Howard Avenue from Laporte Avenue to Michigan Avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as *HOWARD AVENUE GRADE AND CURB"and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shallbe published on the 28 day of May and on the 4 day of June 1901, in the South Bend Daily -Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. -This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its offoce in. the City Hall on the 11 day of June 1901, at 7:15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 12 day of June 1901. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement shall be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; The construction of cement sidewalks on each side of Crescent Avenue from the east line of Niles Avenue to the west line of Hill street. Said improvement shall be known and desig- nated as "CRESCENT AVENUE" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifica- tions prepared by the'City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the executio87.of the above work shall be published_on the 28 day of_May and on the 4 day of June 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times.
