Resolved that the entire work under the contract for the West Dunham street <br />cement curbing be accepted and approved and the final estimate therefor allowed. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in <br />the South Bend Daily Times on the 25 day of May,1901. This board at its office in <br />the City Hall will give a hearing on this resolution on the 4 day of June 1901,at 7:15P*Mo <br />Petition for pipe sewer and cement curbing on Laurel street from Colfax <br />Avenue to Division street, referred to the Engineer for specifications. <br />Petition of C. P. Gish and others for paving the first alley east of Mich- <br />igan street with brick from{Jefferson to Washington streets, referred to the Rnginee:r <br />for specifications. <br />Petition of property owners on South Lafayette street for widening the <br />street to 60 feet from Ewing Avenue to Elmira street, referred to Engineer for report. <br />Engineer reported plans and specifications for an eight inch pipe sewer on <br />Edd3r `street and for paving said street with brick from east Washington' Street to east <br />Colfax Avenue; also for grading and cement curbing on Howard Avenue and construction of <br />cement sidewalks on Crescent Avenue. <br />President. <br />
