AID Io,I9oI. The plat of Fruerbringers Third Addition to the City of South. Bend approved. Resolved by the Board of Public Works that the entire work under the contract for the construction of the west Navarre street pipe sewer be accepted and approved and the final estimate allowed -Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and Times on the 13th. uay of April I901 stating that on the 30 th. day of April I901 at 7-15 P.M -this board will at its office in the City Hall receive and hear remonstrances from any -person feeling himself aggrieved or injured by the acceptance of such work or by such estimate* Petition of Frank C.Leming and William Winnie to lay a side track from the Terre haute &,Indianapolis R.R.across Midway street to strike Lot 22 in Well's Addition to South Bend and then in a general north easterly direction across the alley which lies on the east side of Lot 22 to such place in their grounds as they deem convenient,granted on the terms of the petitionfand on condition that suen sidetrack be laid upon the present grade of the street Petition of vrank C. Deming and Eleanor Deming to vacate the alley on the eabt of Lot 22 in Wel18s Addition to South Bend referred to the engineer ror a report as to -the advisability of such vacation. Calvert H.
