The sewer and <br />water connections were already Ordered in before this board assumed its duties. <br />IMPROVEMEENT RESOLUTION NO.4. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works fo the City of South Bend,Indiana: that <br />an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as follows: the paving <br />of north Lafayette street with brick from the north line of west Colfax Avenue to the north <br />line of west Navarre street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "North Lafay— <br />ette Brick"land shaLL be constructed according to the pLans and specifications prepared by <br />the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith -Notice of this resolution and proposals for :bids for <br />the execution of the above work shall be published on the 29th.day of Maxch and on the 5th . <br />day of Apri1,1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times..
