Card llanWr is the individual designated by each <br />Employer who has the authority to access data <br />information that will conlirrn the status of Employees <br />by electronic e-mail. <br />I or Ck means that an Employee is "'cleared", <br />available for work, and currently compliant with this <br />Policy when used witli respect to the BCRC status of <br />an Employee. <br />Chain of Custody the procedure used to document the <br />handling of the urine specimen from the time the <br />employee gives the specimen to the collector until the <br />specimen is destroyed. 'This procedure uses the 17ederal <br />l .rutg"testing Custody and Control. Form (CCU`) as <br />approved by the Office of Management and Budget. <br />• Collection Container means a container into which <br />the Employee urinates to provide the specimen for a <br />drug test. <br />Collee°� !gn Site means a place designated by BCR,C <br />where individuals present themselves for the propose of <br />providing a specimen to be analyzed for the presence of <br />controlled substances, or for purposes of providing <br />breath sample to be analyzed for alcohol concentration. <br />Collector means a person who instructs and assists <br />Employees at a collection site, who receives and mattes <br />an initial inspection of the specimen provided by those <br />employees, and who initiates and completes necessary <br />forms. <br />Company means an Employer/Contractor who is a <br />member of BCRC. <br />7 <br />
