Employee of a BCRC Contractor/ Employer <br />participant, and includes a person who has received ajob <br />offer made contingent on the person passing a drug test. <br />•Archived Status ineans a person who has been inactive, <br />deactivated or otherwise out of the random pool. <br />• Authorized T t la means a drug and/or alcohol test <br />performed in accordancewith the provisions of this <br />Policy and at the request or direction) of BCRC. <br />•BUR—C means Building and Construction Resource <br />Center, Inc., which is a not -for -profit corporation <br />fbrnied by labor and management representatives of <br />the building and construction industry for Indiana & <br />Illinois,, for the purpose of addressing problems of drugs <br />and alcohol in the workplace. <br />• 11CRUolicy means all of the policies, procedures, and <br />other matters set forth in this document (i.e., the BCRC <br />Drug& Alcohol Policy) and all amendments and <br />addenda to this document. <br />• Breath Aleghol Teclinici-sa (BAT) is a person who <br />instructs and assists employees in the alcohol testing <br />process and operates an Evidential Breath Testing <br />device (EBT). <br />Canceled "Test means a drug or alcohol test that has a <br />problem identified that cannot be or has not been <br />corrected. A canceled test is neither a positive nor a <br />negative test. An Employer is not permitted to take <br />adverse job action based on a canceled test. <br />101 <br />
