In addition, such Employee must <br />complete an EAP-prescribed treatment program before returning <br />to wort. <br />BCI C also performs on -site random testing pursuant to the <br />BCI C Ornsite Substance Abuse Testing Addendum. 11e policies <br />set forth in such Addendum (and/or other testing agreements <br />with Owners) also impose additional consequences for Positive <br />Tests and/or other Non -Compliant Events. Such additional <br />consequences generally apply at the specific plants and locations <br />covered by such Addenda (and/or nether testing, agreements with. <br />owners) and are in addition to any additional consequences set <br />forth in this BCPC Policy.. <br />W <br />
