A New Employee/Applicant: whose initial dreg or <br />alcohol test is confirmed as a l)"ositive'Fest shall pay all <br />costs for: <br />Any follow-up testing :required by the EA..P <br />Any return -to -duty testing <br />Any subsequent testing required by the EAR <br />:L ITI NA:L_CONSEQUENCES EOR MULTIPLE <br />NON-COMPLi " ' EVENTS <br />If any Employee has three () or more Non -Compliant Events <br />within a twelve (1) consecutive month (rolling) period, the <br />Employee shall not be permitted to take a Return -to -Duty uty'T"est <br />until one (1) year after the most recent Non -Compliant Event <br />within such twelve (12) consecutive month period and the <br />Er nployee' 1 CI C Substance Abuse Card and status shall be <br />N/A for the same tine period. In addition, such Employee must <br />complete an EAP-prescribed treatment program before returning <br />to wort. <br />BCI C also performs on -site random testing pursuant to the <br />BCI C Ornsite Substance Abuse Testing Addendum. 11e policies <br />set forth in such Addendum (and/or other testing agreements <br />with Owners) also impose additional consequences for Positive <br />Tests and/or other Non -Compliant Events. Such additional <br />consequences generally apply at the specific plants and locations <br />covered by such Addenda (and/or nether testing, agreements with. <br />owners) and are in addition to any additional consequences set <br />forth in this BCPC Policy.. <br />W <br />
