'This includes any firmer <br />Employees who have been recalled for immediate <br />re-employment by the Employer and any persons who were <br />referred to the Employer by a participating Union for immediate <br />employment, subject to BCRC employment eligibility <br />verification. However, an Employer is not permitted to access <br />any information from the BCRC database for any individual who <br />is not a current Employee of the Employer (or a person offered <br />immediate employment by the Employer subJJect to BCRC <br />employment eligibility verification). <br />Ilse Employer is required to obtain appropriate written <br />consent from its Employees to access any information about such <br />Employees from the BCRC database, and is required to comply <br />with all provisions of this BCRC Policy regarding access to such <br />information.
