4. An Employee who has provided a specimen for tcsti rig <br />must bring to the job site his/her copy of the Custody <br />Control Form, given to him/her by the collection site, <br />as proof that hey/she has submitted to an initial. test. <br />5. if the work, assignments are consecutive, the Employee: <br />will be allowed to work for up to a maximum of four (4) <br />days in order for the Employee to receive his BCRC <br />identification card and have the Employers Card <br />Manager verify the Employee's status. <br />. If the Employee workassignment is terminated by <br />his/her Employer before the Employee's status is <br />verified within the allowable four (4) days for <br />verification, and the individual is rehired, the Employee <br />will have to provide the same Employer a BCRC <br />identification card at the second (2.tid) rehiring sign up, <br />and a clear status. Except in the event that the rehire is <br />less than four (4) days from the initial hire date, the <br />individual, Local and Non -Local, BCRC card holder <br />shall accept and understand that should his/her drug test <br />results be reported as positive, he/she will be subject <br />to disciplinary action up to and including termination <br />without obligation for further compensation by the <br />BCRC affiliated Employer. Such termination shall <br />also be subject to the individual's rights under his/her <br />Collective Bargaining Agreement. <br />Employees will be required to give their BCRC Identification <br />Card Number to their Employes Card Manager in order for the <br />Card, Manager to access the e-mail status conl rmation systern. <br />Inquiries to the stags confi nation system will provide the date <br />of the Employee's last test and one: (1) of the following, BCRC <br />status indicators: <br />32 <br />
