then the BCRC status of such Einployee shall be listed as "N/K <br />unless and until the Employeefully pays all such costs for which <br />the Employee is responsible tinder this BCRC Policy. <br />Ilie policies for payment for the Employee's time f*oj- testhig are: <br />L For new or current union, members or Employees <br />seeking an initial test, the test is a condition of <br />employment, and Employees in the BCRC Policy will <br />not be paid for their time in providing a specimen for, <br />the initial test. <br />2. All current Employees who are to test for any of the <br />following reasons: late/1-nissed random, probable cause, <br />post -accident, diluted re -test, return -to -duty, or <br />follow-up testing, reinstatement test, or retest due to a <br />flawed or rejected test, will not be paid fi)r their tine in <br />providing a specimen for the test. <br />3. Employees will only be paid a stipend by BCRC for <br />submitting to subsequent random testing: (a) required <br />by the BCRC Policy (see attachments A thru D) (b) in <br />response to notification (by email, *U.S. Mail or text <br />message) from the BCRC Office (c) for which the <br />Employee submits within seven (7) calendar days <br />including the day BCRC gives notification for such <br />random testing. It is understood thatall testing will <br />occur on the Employee's time. The Employee must <br />submit for such testing within seven (7) calendar days <br />including the day BCRC gives notification for such <br />random testing. NO EXCEPTIONS! <br />4. All checks issued for such stipends must be cashed <br />within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the <br />check If an Employee does not cash a stipend check <br />within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the <br />check, the Employee forfeits his/her right to such <br />25 <br />
