This is EXHIBIT E, consisting of 8 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated November 27, 2018. <br />AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT <br />Amendment No. 1 <br />1. Background Data: <br />a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: _November 27, 2018 <br />b. Owner: Citv of South bend Board of Public Works <br />C. Engineer: DLZ Indiana, LLC <br />d. Project: Washin on Street Im rovement Project 118-105 <br />2. Description of Modifications: <br />a. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance <br />with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: <br />1) Add Sub -Section B.i.a.15) and B.1.a.16) to Section A1.01 of Exhibit A as follows: <br />15. The Engineer shall relocate the curb line in the southeast quadrant of the <br />intersection of Washington Street and Chapin Street to provide a tree lawn and <br />improve Intersection Sight Distance. The changes in this quadrant of the <br />intersection will extend the project limits along Chapin Street approximately 110 <br />feet, and will result in additional changes to the existing drainage structures. <br />16. The Engineer shall re -align the north approach of LaPorte Avenue to Washington <br />Street, which will result in additional geometric design and impacts to existing <br />drainage structures. <br />2) Add Sub -Section 13.2.
