She added this is being <br />approved for one (1) renewal only. <br />APPROVAL OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR ENCROACHMENT - TRANSPO <br />Mr. Gilot stated an application for an Encroachment and Revocable Permit has been received <br />from Amy Hill, South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (TRANSPO) for the purpose of <br />installing bus shelters, garbage cans, and bike racks in various locations throughout the city. The <br />encroachments shall remain in the right of way until such a time as the Board of Public Works of <br />the City of South Bend shall determine that such encroachments are in any way impairing or <br />interfering with the highway or with the free and same flow of traffic. Upon a motion made by <br />Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the Revocable Permit was approved.
