The two applications are Dorothy Ivy, 1413 E. Miner Street, and Oleta Hayes, 828 S. Wellington Street. Mr. Nimtz: The Chair directs that those two loan appli- ca ions be stricken from the record. There were no questions raised regarding the 312 loan ap lications, therefore.... Mr. Robinson made a motion to approve 312 loans to Kevin A. & Carol A. Ervin, 525 S. Sheridan Street for $27,000.00, Dorothy Pope, 2340 W. Roger, for $14,700.00, and Georgia Bingham, 1322 Hine Street, for $4,600.00, seconded by Mr. Donaldson, and the motion was unanimously calrried. b. Co mission approval requested for Change Order #3, #4, an #5, with Plaia Construction Company. Change Order #3 is an increase in contract price of' 136.00 at the ad ress of 838 South Webster; Chan a Order #4 is an in rease of $120.00, at the address of 613 South Warren and Change Order #5 is an increase of $72.00, at the address of 420 South Arnold Street, as set forth in letter from Mr. James Harcus, Director, Bureau of Housing. Mr. Harcus: The homes at 838 S. Webster, 613 S. Warren, and 420 S. Arnold Streets are to have new kitchen base cabinets installed per contract. It is the Bureau's opinion that they also require new counter tops. Approval is requested for Change Orders numbered 3, 4, and 5 specifying installation of counter tops in the above properties increasing costs by $136.00, $120.00, an $72.00 respectively. -5- CHANGE ORDERS #3, #4, AND #5 WITH PLAIA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY APPROVED
