Commission <br />approval requested for Ch e Order #6 Charles <br />CHANGE ORDER <br />Brown <br />Maintenance Co. ,'Inc., for an increase in contract <br />#6, CHARLES <br />price <br />of 5.00 for an amended contract total of 299.00, <br />BROWN MAINTEN- <br />at th <br />address of 1206 East Miner as set forth in letter <br />ATJCE CO., INC. <br />from Mr. <br />James Harcus Director, Bureau of Housing. <br />APPROVED <br />Mr. H <br />cus: During execution of rehabilitation contract for <br />1206 East <br />Miner it was observed that porch fascia trim was <br />missing. <br />The Redevelopment Commission is requested to approve <br />Change <br />Order #6 covering the affixing of appropriate trim at <br />a cost <br />of $65.00. <br />Mr. C'ra <br />made a motion to approve Change Order #6, with <br />Charles <br />Brown Maintenance Co., Inc., for an increase in <br />contract <br />price of $65.00, seconded by Mr. Donaldson, and <br />the m <br />tion was unanimously carried. <br />CHANGE ORDER #8, <br />1. Commission <br />approval requested for Change Order #7,'Charles <br />CHANGE ORDER #7, <br />Brown <br />Maintenance Company, Inc., for an increase in contract <br />CHARLES BROWN <br />price <br />of $65.00, for an 'amended contract total of' 329.00, <br />MAINTENANCE CO., <br />at the <br />address of 14FT 14F E. Campeau as set forth in letter <br />INC., APPROVED <br />from Yr. <br />James "Harcus.'Director.'Bureau Of Housing. <br />Mr. H <br />cus: Rehabilitation contract for 1416 E. Campeau <br />specified <br />replacement of bathroom tub. In accordance with <br />standard <br />procedure, plumber installed the regular 5 ft. unit <br />as required, <br />but the wall space was 6 ft. and one (1) tub end <br />must be <br />cased in. The Bureau did not include this detail in <br />the specifications. <br />The Redevelopment Commission is requested <br />to approve <br />Change Order #7, with Charles Brown Maintenance Co., <br />Inc., <br />specifying installation of tub enclosure at a cost of <br />$65.00. <br />Ms. Auburn <br />made a motion to approve Change Order #7, with <br />Charles <br />Brown Maintenance Company, Inc., for an increase <br />in contract <br />price of $65.00, seconded by Mr. Cira, and the <br />motion <br />was unanimously carried. <br />m. Commission <br />approval requested for Change Order #8, Charles <br />CHANGE ORDER #8, <br />Brown <br />14aintenance Company Inc. for I an increase of $165.0 0, <br />CHARLES BROWN <br />for an <br />amended contract total of $5,972.00, at the address of <br />MAINTENANCE CO., <br />121 E. <br />Cedar, as set forth in letter from Mr. James Harcus, <br />INC., APPROVED <br />Mr. H cus: Rehabilitation contract for 1214 E. Cedar Street <br />specified replacement of bathroom tub. In accorance with <br />standard procedure, plumber installed regular 5 ft. unit as <br />required but the wall space was 6 ft. and one (1) tub end must <br />be cas d in. This item and a 10 ft. section of stairway <br />handra' ling were not included in the specifications. The <br />Redevelopment Commission is requested to approve Change Order <br />#8 covering these items at a cost of $165.00. <br />-11- <br />
