Olive St., CO. APPROVED <br />Outh Bend, Indiana, as Set forth in letter from <br />ames M. Harcus, Director, Bureau of Housinq. <br />uring a progress inspection of 528 S. Olive Street <br />he Bureau Inspector observed that two (2) sides of <br />his property were now without gutters. After care - <br />ul review, it was concluded that service to these <br />tems was now necessary. At the same time, the <br />nspector decided that two (2) porch storm doors <br />hould be deleted from specifications and that a <br />ain rear entrance, inside a screened porch should <br />e protected by a storm and screen door. Further, <br />he homeowner requested that a cylindrical lockset <br />pecification for a bedroom door be deleted. <br />r. Robinson made a motion to approve Change Order <br />2 with Plaia Construction Co., for an increase in <br />ontract price of $111.80, seconded by Mr. Cira, <br />nd the motion was unanimously carried. <br />d. ommission approval requested for Change" Order #1, CHANGE ORDER <br />arnes Electric Co., for an increase in contract #1, WITH <br />rice of $70.00 for an amended contract total of BARNES ELEC- <br />824.00 at the address of 528 S. Harcus, Director, Bureau of Housincx. <br />uring service of the above contract, general <br />onstruction contractor had to remove a light <br />ixture. While doing so, he discovered defective <br />iring. An investigation of this, and other fixtures <br />t 528 S. Olive Street determined that three (3) <br />ixtures required replacement. <br />Ir. Robinson made a motion to approve Change Order <br />#l, with Barnes Electric Co., for an increase in <br />: ontract price of $70.00, seconded by Ms. Auburn, <br />ind the motion was unanimously carried. <br />-4- <br />
