Donaldson made a motion to approve a 312 loan <br />pplication to James & Jeanine Shrack in the amount <br />f $4,000.00, seconded by Mr. Robinson, and the motion <br />as unanimously carried. <br />ommission approval requested for Change Order #1, <br />laia Construction Company, for 'a decrease in contract <br />rice of $248.00 for an amended contract total of <br />24,110.00 at the address of 515 S. Grant, South Bend, <br />ndiana, as set forth in letter from James M. Harcus, <br />irector, Bureau of Housing. <br />he entranceways to two (2)bedrooms at 515 S. Grant are <br />rchways. The Bureau had specified installation of <br />edroom doors for a degree of privacy, and an agreement <br />as made with the homeowner. However, during service <br />f contract, homeowner reversed her posture thereby, <br />eleting from the contract the installation of two (2) <br />oors which reduces the contract cost by $248.00. <br />s.
