Sarvari in the amount of $13,000.00 seconded by <br />Mr Robinson, and the motion was unanimously carried. <br />b. Letter, from Mr. James Harcus, Director, Bureau 6f-Housing, <br />January 31, 1979, Re: Non - Profit Rehabilitation Contract <br />dated October 6, 1978, Renew, ' Inc. propert = 921 Cleveland <br />Avenue. <br />Th Redevelopment Commission has a not -for- profit grant <br />co tract with Renew, Inc. for $8,000.00. The contract was <br />going to be issued in two segments. ($5,541.74 assigned to <br />re abilitation costs, and $2,488.26 for property acquisition <br />as istance). Renew has withdrawn its request for acquisition <br />as istance. The contract, dated October 6, 1978, is, therefore, <br />re uced by the amount of $2,488.26 and will now be executed in <br />th amount of $5,541.74.
