Money has already been appropriated <br />it does not require Common Council approval. <br />Robinson made a motion to approve the contract with the <br />ierican Cities Corporation for a retail feasibility study in <br />)nnection with the Century Mall project, subject to legal <br />)unsel review, seconded by Mr. Cira, and the motion was unanimously <br />irried. <br />mom <br />R. C (5mm'ssion <br />approval requested for a contract with the American <br />CONTRACT <br />Cities <br />Corporation, between the Department of Redevelo went, <br />WITH AMER- <br />and <br />St. Joseph Bank, for a retail feasibility study in connection <br />ICAN CITIES <br />with <br />the Century Mall Project, subject to legal counsel review. <br />CORPORATION <br />APPROVED <br />Mr. <br />Ellison: Financially the contract calls for the Commission <br />to <br />share with the St. Joseph Bank the cost of doing the retail <br />feasibility <br />study, which is necessary to determine a number of <br />things. <br />The most important is the maximum likely size of retail <br />in <br />the mall project. <br />.
