Commission approval requested for execution of Certificate CERTIFICATE OF <br />of Completion to St. Joseph River Bend Development Corporation COMPLETION FOR <br />ST. JOSEPH <br />Mr. Ellison: Mr. Brownell will make this presentation. RIVER BEND DE- <br />VELOPMENT CORP. <br />Mr. Brownell: Mr. Lloyd Taylor wrote the Department of APPROVED <br />Redevelopment a letter, and asked us to issue a Certificate <br />o Completion to the St. Joseph Bank. Mr. James E. Childs, <br />o James E. Childs & Associates inspected the St. Joseph <br />Bank, and he reported, that in his professional opinion, the <br />b ilding is complete and is of substantial conformance with <br />t e information shown on the plans and in the specifications. <br />M . Cira moved for approval of the Certificate of Completion to <br />St. Joseph River Bend Development Corporation, along with the <br />agreement that the President of the Redevelopment Commission <br />a d Secretary be allowed to execute the proper certificate, <br />seconded by Mr. Robinson, and the motion was unanimously <br />czirried. <br />C.
