Colfax Avenue, on P.O. #41367, for
$3,822.00.
Mr. Nimtz: What action is necessary for us to take this morning
on this?
Mr. Brownell: I thought actually you should approve and direct me
to proceed with this.
Mr. Nimtz: As I understand, this is our responsibility, but once we
fix this thing up, it becomes the responsibility of the Park Depart-
ment, is that right?
Mr. Brownell: That is right.
Mr. Nimtz: Mr. Robinson, what does Paragraph 2 mean?
Mr. Robinson: I don't know why it was even included.
Mr. Wiggins: Mr. E.J. Sowala, Superintendent of Colip Electric
Corporation wants to be sure we authorize them to do the job before
the contract expires, because he expects to pay more money on the
next round.
Mr. Brownell: I believe it is a firm price bid of $1,873.00.
Mr. Wiggins: Is this all repair, or is this installation of some
that weren't done in the first place?
ss
