Brownell commented that this is vacant land the Bobos are buying <br />n LaSalle Park. <br />. Wiggins moved for approval of the above resolution, seconded by <br />Donaldson and carried. <br />(b) ommission approval requested for Resolution No. 554, authorizing <br />he execution of redevelopment agreement for disposition of land <br />and the execution of Quit -Claim Deeds for Lot 13 -1 and part of <br />3 -20, Indiana R -57. LaSalle Park Project, to Levi and Ida Howard <br />or the amount of $290.00. <br />. Wiggins moved for approval of the above resolution, seconded by <br />. Robinson and carried. <br />(c) ommission consideration of pro <br />ccounts and records pertaining <br />Company in total amount of 3 <br />al to conduct an audit on the <br />Project R -66, by John Dobson <br />G nn <br />r. Brownell: I must explain on this item - under the regulations we <br />ay use the same auditors who audited our project the last time, less <br />han a year ago but we need HUD approval so I called the Area Office <br />nd asked them if this was a procedure they would approve and they <br />aid if we would send them a record of all our expenditures for the <br />ast 12 months, they might waive an audit and they would request the <br />egion to waive it. We then sent them all of our expenditures and <br />akedowns:from Community Development. As yet we have not heard from <br />hem so I obtained from the Audit Company, a proposal for your approval <br />oday so that whichever way HUD goes we are prepared for an audit or <br />re prepared to go with a waiver of the audit, whichever they want us <br />D do. <br />air: I think that the proper motion then is that we approve the use <br />John Dobson and Company for the audit on R -66, if the audit is <br />t waived, in the contract amount of $3,156. <br />. Wiggins: I move the approval of the motion as stated - seconded <br />Mr. Donaldson and carried. <br />(d) Commission approval requested for award of the following bid contracts <br />for General Construction, Plumbing and Heating, Contract Set #12, in <br />
