Brownell: I believe so. We have another problem in connection <br />with this sort of thing.... there is a hole over on the sidewalk at <br />Michigan Street in front of that parking lot, and the sand keeps drifting <br />away. I don't know where it is going, and I referred this to Mr. Slabaugh. <br />Mr. Slabaugh said he would have someone look at it. I think this too is <br />a problem that we are responsible for, because we rent that lot to the <br />people for parking, and the sidewalk, in effect, is our sidewalk. <br />The Chair directed that this letter be received and placed on file. <br />5.
