The young gentlemen were asked to leave their addresses with Ms.. Barth and a copy of the Minutes of this meeting would be mailed to them. The Chair asked if there were questions from the press and Jeanne Derbeck inquired about the bus company lease - "does this affect plans for the Mini -Mall? if the lease is signed for six months. The Chair stated that we do have a thirty -day cancellation clause in the Lease. Ms. Derbeck then asked if we have to move the bus terminal, where would we move it. Mr. Brownell stated that we have had discussions with the Director of the Bus Company and his attorney, informally, and we think they are going to come up with some suggestions. Ms. Derbeck: I was talking with the Mayor this morning and he feels that this Mini -Mall thing looks hopeful, how do you feel? Chair: If he thinks it looks hopeful, we are glad to hear him say that. It has not come before us yet. Jeanne: It has not officially come before you? Chair: We would be happy if it would because at that point we would be a lot iearer completion if that were to happen. Jeanne: Of course, when, or if, it does come before you, it will be up to you to take down the Odd Fellows Building? Chair: If that is part of the plan, yes. Mr. ira: I suppose the biggest obstacle is getting his loan approved, has that been approved yet? Chair: That I don't know, this is all speculation, outside the realm of our expertise at this point. Jeanie D.: Is it at more than one bank? Chair: Who knows? Jeanne D. We can't find out anything here. Mr. onaldson: We don't know anything. Chai : You have a better source of information than we do Jeanne, you talk to m re people than we do, we just sit here and wait. 9.
