6. NEW BUSINESS, Continued <br />(b' <br />(c, " <br />C. Wayne Brownell stated that the lease expires the end of June <br />and we are asking approval at this time for a new lease, to begin <br />July 1 through December 31, 1977, for the above - described premises. <br />Mr. Brownell also stated that the lease contains a clause whereby <br />we can terminate upon written notice of thirty (30) days. <br />Motion was made by Mr. Cira, seconded by Mr. Robinson and carried <br />for renewal of the lease with South Bend Transportation Company, <br />effective July 1, 1977. <br />Commission approval requested for Section 312 Loan application for <br />the following: <br />Name Amount Loan No <br />Richard M. & Martha J. Pilarski $4,400.00 18 /SOU- 2/14/76 -77 <br />Mr. C. Wayne Brownell read this item from the agenda and upon <br />question from the Chair, motion was made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Mr. Cira and carried for approval of this 312 Loan application. <br />Ms. Jeanne Derbeck asked for the address of the property involved <br />and was told that it is 605 S. Albert St. <br />Mr. C. Wayne Brownell stated that there was one other problem which <br />did not appear on the agenda - it concerns the July 1st meeting. <br />The first meeting in July is scheduled for Friday, July 1 and that <br />is a holiday for City of South Bend employees. Therefore it was <br />suggested that meeting be re- scheduled for July 8 and the meeting <br />of the 15th be re- scheduled for July 22nd..thus moving each of <br />the July meetings back one week, providing everyone was in agree- <br />ment. <br />Mr. Cira moved to establish the July meetings on the 8th and 22nd, <br />in accorance with the recommendation of our executive, motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Donaldson and carried. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS. <br />There were no progress reports. <br />8.
