CARMICHAEL - RESOLUTION NO. 530 <br />Motion was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Donaldson and unani- <br />mously carried, for the adoption of Resolution No. 530. <br />President Nimtz thanked Commissioner Wiggins for the above Resolution <br />that he drafted, and for an excellent job. <br />8.
