At least three plasterers working up to 60 hours a week for two weeks. If there <br />is added work, we will need a time extension because we cannot get more <br />plasterers. Carpenters will stay ahead of plasterers with anchors. Painters will <br />lag plasterers by three days to allow plaster to cure. We figured painting the <br />whole face of the light cove on all four domes (about 12 inches tall) so that <br />you cannot see patchwork at anchor bolts. This is the only paint we have <br />figured. Paint will be Sherwin Williams "Superpaint" in all one color. <br />2. Our only subcontractor will be Seaway Scaffolding Company. <br />3. Our workers will utilize respirators <br />when necessary. <br />2. We figured the owner would provide a temporary storage area within the <br />building for the seats. <br />3. We do not include cleaning anything outside of our work area or final clean. <br />4. We will need an owner provided laydown area for scaffolding and 6 parking <br />spaces for workers. <br />5. We will match plaster texture as closely as possible but cannot guarantee an <br />exact texture match. <br />6. We do not have scaffolding out wide enough to access all sleeve points from <br />below. We assumed this work would take place solely in the attic. We have <br />included $2,400 for 12 of them. <br />7. We recognize the liquidated damages as the only damage provision. <br />8.
